When you contact us

Please include the following so we can better understand the issue:

  • The name of the app.
  • Your device model and operating system version.
  • The app version, if you know it.
  • What happened and the steps that led to it.
  • A screenshot, if it helps explain the problem.

Please leave out passwords, payment details, and children’s personal information. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf.

Common questions

The app isn’t responding. What can I try?

Close and reopen the app, check for an app update, and restart your device. If the problem continues, email us with the app name and what you were doing when it happened.

I’m having trouble hearing music or narration.

Check your device volume, connected headphones or Bluetooth speakers, and any audio controls inside the app. If an audio problem continues, tell us which screen or activity is affected.

How do I report an incorrect clue, answer, or Scripture reference?

Email us the app name, the question or clue, and the Scripture reference. For a crossword or quest, include the theme or series, difficulty, and puzzle or quest number if available.

My progress or awards don’t look right. What should I do?

Contact us before deleting the app or clearing its data. Include the app name and describe the progress or award you expected to see so we can help you investigate.

Can I suggest a feature or topic?

Yes! Send your suggestion to Mel@acloserwalk.org and tell us which app it is for.
